Tasting Notes:
Wine with deep and saturated ruby color. With impressive depth and character, with rich, fresh aroma of ripe fruit and spices, dense flavor, passing into a soft for the senses finish, leaving a lasting memory. Red Mavrud is excellent with pasta, pizza, red meats, grilled and yellow cheeses.

Climate and soil:
Moderate continental climate with several sunny days a year. The climate, the relief and the soil mannigiversity offer very good opportunities for viticulture and winemaking, especially suitable for the cultivation of red grapes.

Vinification:
The grapes come from our own vines. Cold maceration of the grape pulp for 4 days at a temperature of 12-14 C. After maceration heating to 24 C and cultivation of pure culture wine yeast. Fermentation under temperature control and control of relative density. Lactofermentation at 18-20 C. Aging in French and American wine barrels 225 l from 3 to 6 months.
