Product description

Make Bulgarian yogurt yourself! Yogurt Starter Kit (frozen yogurt)

The Starter Kit - Yogurt from Bulgaria contains Lactobacillus Bulgaricus yogurt cultures to mix yourself. So you get about 150 liters of yogurt.

The cultures provide thick creamy Bulgarian yogurt (Kiselo mlyako) and higher acidity. And best of all, of course, for impeccable taste!

The yogurt is completely natural and without preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.

Preparation:
Boil milk and then let it cool to 45 degrees Celsius. Now add the cultures and stir this in slowly for 2 minutes. Cover the pot with a towel and let the mixture rest for 6-8 hours. After that, the yogurt is ready.

Contents:
25g freeze-dried yogurt cultures with Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus.
