Product description

Bulgarian brine cheese Sirene is a kind of white cheese.

It is very similar to the feta type of cheese, but has a more intense, sour taste and the most delicious flavor imaginable, thanks to the lactic acid bacteria of Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

Sirene Starter Set is manufactured and packaged in Bulgaria.

It contains no GMO ingredients and is gluten free.
In 1 gram of starter cultures there are more than 25 billion probiotic lactic acid bacteria.

With 10 liters of milk, you make up to 2 kg of Sirene white cheese.
This is the perfect size for experienced amateur milk technologists.

The production of Sirene white cheese is relatively simple (see the following steps), although it requires a little time for it to develop its special and definite taste.
