Make Bulgarian yogurt yourself! Yogurt Starter Kit (frozen yogurt)

The Starter Kit - Yogurt from Bulgaria includes 4 grams of yogurt cultures to mix yourself. So you get about 8 liters of yogurt.

This Greek yogurt starter kit produces genuine Greek yogurt (ελληνικό γιαούρτι, Greek style yogurt) of exceptional quality with classic Greek yogurt flavor, thickness, acidity and aroma. The yogurt is mild, thick and creamy with an unforgettable taste that can only be compared to the Greek yogurt you know from Greece. It is unlike any other yogurt you have ever tasted.

The yogurt is all natural with no preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.

Preparation:
Boil milk and then let it cool to 45 degrees Celsius. Now add the cultures and stir this in slowly for 2 minutes. Cover the pot with a towel and let the mixture rest for 6-8 hours. After that, the yogurt is ready.

4 grams of freeze-dried cultures with live Lactobacillus Bulgaricus (non-dairy).
