Product description

100% carefully selected Muscat Ottonel grapes were processed into brandy and after distillation aged for at least five years in mature Bulgarian oak barrels.

Tasting notes
Rakia "Alambic" combines the elegance of five years aged in oak barrels and a unique aromatic character. Created from hand-picked Muscat Otonell grapes, Rakia glows with a rich peach color. Its rich bouquet of toasted almonds and truffles, unfolds confidently in the endless, multi-layered finish.

Process
There is only one place in Southeastern Europe where the brandy is made from an original French distillery "Alambic" - this is Black Sea Gold Pomorie. Made entirely of copper, with all the details reminiscent of the pear shape, the distillery is considered one of the best in the world.
