For five years, the distillates for this fine drop mature in special barrels made of Strandzha oak. The elaborate aging process produces a refined brandy with a balanced personality, rich bouquet and terrific taste.

Black Sea Gold 5 Years Brandy is made from the Dimyat and Ugni Blanc grape varieties. Ugni Blanc is a popular white wine variety that originated in Tuscany, Italy. This vine is also widely cultivated in the French Cognac region, which is famous worldwide for its brandy. The fully ripe grapes of the Ugni Blanc vine give Black Sea Gold Brandy an intense, distinctive flavor. Combined with Dimyat, the result is a drink with a harmoniously balanced character. The distillates of Dimyat and Ugni Blanc are aged for five years in special transport casks made of Strandzha oak, which have a capacity of up to 600 liters. Then the cuvée comes for another three months in larger storage barrels also made of Strandzha oak to obtain perfectly balanced characteristics.

Thanks to the long aging in oak, the Black Sea Gold Brandy comes up trumps with refined complexity and masterful balance. Its luminous gold color with subtle amber reflections captivates the connoisseur's eye. Seductive aromas of delicate vanilla rise to the nose. The long aging in oak barrels intensifies the vanilla accents and gives the brandy a particularly soft and full-bodied. Thus, the brandy pampers the palate with a harmonious taste and a long-lasting finish rich in fragrant hints of vanilla and light spicy nuances of oak.
