The humus and granite soils of the southern Black Sea coast in the regions of Troyanovo and Asparuhovo are the basis for this exceptional Black Sea Gold Pomorie Brandy Cask Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. This Brandy Cask is an unusual Cabernet Sauvignon made from handpicked and specially selected grapes from our own vineyards with a sugar content of 24 degrees.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a unique history. Unlike other Cabernet Sauvignon wines, Brandy Cask is aged in barrels made of Strandzha oak, where the mature brandy has been aging for over 30 years and where the Brandy Cask is aged for 12 months. All this gives Brandy Cask the perfection and maturity - an exceptional wine that can be stored for many years to come. The name of Brandy Cask means "lying in a barrel of brandy".

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are hand-picked into small boxes, and carefully selected. Fermentation then takes place in French oak barrels, followed by aging in brandy-aged oak barrels.


Wine style: medium, elegant body with fresh and melted tannins.

Aroma: of black currant jam, ripe black berries, plum, vanilla tobacco finish.
