Product description

Proprietary vineyards with neutral loamy sandy soils in the Troyanovo and Razboyna regions are the basis for this delicate, pink-skinned Black Sea Gold Pomorie Salty Hills Rose.

The delicate color is a prelude to the scents of a freshly cut wild strawberry, ripe cherries and ginger. Hints of candied citrus balance the wine's fruit juice and flow into the incredibly long and smooth finish.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are hand harvested into small crates, transported in refrigerated trucks and selected on the sorting belt. Aging then takes place for 12-18 months in new French 225-liter barrels.
