Product description

Proprietary vineyards with neutral loamy sand soils in the Razboyna and Chubra regions are the basis for this fresh, bright lemon yellow Cuvee with greenish hues.

The strengths of the three varietals, Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc, combine notes of ripe, juicy peaches and apricots with tropical pineapple and papaya nuances. This Black Sea Gold Pomorie Salty Hills Cuvee is wonderfully balanced and includes flavors of spice, smoke, cedar and minerals that add the finishing touch to the endless finish.

The grapes are hand harvested into small crates, transported in refrigerated trucks and selected on the sorting belt. Then aging takes place for 12-18 months in new French 225 l barrels.
