The vines for this Black Sea Gold Pomorie Villa Ponte Cuvee are harvested by hand in two different locations. The Syrah grapes come from the estate's own vineyards in the Razboyna region on the southern Black Sea coast and grow on sandy soils. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from plantations in the Troyanovo region, also on the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, but where the terror has humus soils.

The grapes are harvested manually into small boxes and there is a careful selection of the grapes. The Black Sea Gold Pomorie Villa Ponte Cuvee is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for several months in barrique barrels. To achieve the desired flavor and harmony are processed grapes Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

A rich juicy red and intense fruity aroma with nuances of ripe raspberries and blackberries, combined with accents of smoke and spices make this Cuvee a very special companion. The taste is harmonious and has a long finish. Black Sea Gold Pomorie Villa Ponte was created with the help of Frederico Ricci from Italy and André Fuster from France and reflects all their skills.
