Burgozone Collection Red Philippe is characterized by Selectively hand selected and manually inspected harvest on a sorting table. This cuvee captivates with the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grown on own vineyards around the town of Oryahovo in northwest Bulgaria. In terms of vinification, maceration and fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and aging in French oak barrels for 12-15 months.

When this cuvee is then allowed to present itself in the glass, it shows a deep ruby red color with delicate violet and brick overtones. The aroma is balanced and shows notes of blackberries, black plums and fresh wild mushroom. Mild taste, harmonious body with very good length and volume. Excellent bouquet of black cherries, raspberries, vanilla, in a cloud-like structure of silky tannins.

This cuvee of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah is the ideal companion to roasted meats, porcini mushrooms, lamb and cheese.


Wine style: mild taste, harmonious body with very good length and volume.
