Beautiful, intense dark red color with soft garnet nuances. Stylish and attractive nose: multilayered aromas - ripe black berries, mocha coffee, vanilla, eucalyptus, leather and sweet spices. Lush, full body with excellent tannic structure and fruity freshness. The finish is long, grainy, fresh and balanced. The wine has remarkable aging potential (5-10 years).

Tasting Notes:
Excellent, vivid purple color. Seductive dark chocolate color with hints of blackberry, allspice and meaty character. Full-bodied with tannins and impressively balanced palate. The finish is long, dry and mineral, a stylish wine with long aging potential.


Grape Variety: 36% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Cabernet Franc.

Region:
The Thracian Plain is part of the large southern Bulgarian wine region. It is well protected from cold winds north of the Balkan Mountains and further from the south central part of the Rhodopes.

Climate and soil:
Temperate with over 3,000 hours of sunshine during the year and over 110 clear days. Hot, dry summers with warm nights. Soft and warm winters without spring frosts. Sandy-loamy and calcareous soils.

Harvest:
Careful selective hand harvest in crates followed by sorting of the grapes in the winery.

Vinification:
Cold maceration at 10ºC for 8 days. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in inox vats at a controlled temperature of 27ºC . Infusion after fermentation. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Aging in oak barrels.
