From Castra Rubra comes this classic cuveé of Sauvignon Blanc & Semillion, the vines allowed to reach their full potential in the Thracian lowlands of southern Bulgaria.

A pale yellow color, mixed with light green reflections shows in the glass, radiating on the nose with gentle sounds of gooseberry, star fruit, yellow kiwi and melon.

In the mouth, on the other hand, a juicey note of passion fruit, paired with yellow-ripe fruit, ias accented by a playful and lively acidity. The wine then goes slightly wide and has an animating salivary flow, revealing partly nutty nuances topped by a mineral lingering finish.

Serving suggestions: goes well with almost anything fun in the summer, be it asparagus, grilled vegetables, fish, white meat or even cooked dishes.
