Dimitar Madjarov's Kashkaval is a traditional Bulgarian semi-hard cheese made from 100% buffalo milk and Bulgarian Kashkaval starter cultures, with characteristic light yellow color, distinct aroma and mild taste, rounded by a slight salty note.

Dimitar Madjarov stands for quality cheese and has been awarded at least four gold medals and five trophies since 2012. Furthermore, since 2003, the fresh producer Dimitar Madjarov can proudly confirm its quality with at least 17 diplomas and certificates.
