Cabernet Sauvignon (Single Vineyard).

Tasting Notes:
Beautiful dark ruby color of very high consistency. A deep, distinctive nose with accents of blackcurrant, blueberry and spice, caresses a juicy, spicy body with hints of blackberry, mocha and fine tannins. Now there is a long finish dominated by sweet spices and smoke.

Food Pairing:
Grilled steaks or ribs, with roasted game, roast beef with olive puree,
Parma ham carpaccio, Parmesan and other spicy cheeses.
