Grape Variety:
Chardonnay (Single Vineyard).

Tasting Notes:
Intense straw yellow color with sparkling clarity. Attractive and intense aroma dominated by ripe citrus, toasted nuts and vanilla. The palate is rich with a sense of tropical fruit, butter, red oak. Balanced, powerful body with good structure, long finish and a serious aging potential.

A really nice oak barrel aged Chardonnay.

Food Pairing:
Pairs best with fish & seafood or chicken & salad.
