Four Friends Zitara Mourvedre & Grenache Rosé | 0,75 l

A pleasant surprise and definitely one of the most intriguing Bulgarian rosé wines. Light, smooth and yet fulfilling, it offers wine lovers a pleasant summer refreshment. The color is a very light pink. The nose shows a light floral base, hints of berries and a fine dose of citrus and lemon. The body is quite soft and smooth, the citrus does not lift the spicy impressions beyond what is necessary, while some wild strawberry was felt. The finish is short, dry and refreshing!

Grape Variety:
Mourvedre & Grenache (Single Vineyard).

Tasting Notes:
Gorgeous apricot pink with sparkle. Intense nose, with nuances of aromas of juicy white fruits, wild strawberry. The palate is very balanced with a sense of white flowers, juicy peach and light minerality. Well structured body, soft freshness and long delicate finish.

Food Pairing:
Pairs very well with fish, seafood with olive oil, Bulgarian stuffed peppers with rice and minced meat,
roasted eggplant or zucchini and fantastic with barbecue or picnic.
