Tasting Notes:
The color of Zitara Premium Gorno Botevo sparkles with promise in a beautiful, deep dark and intense ruby red with a bright purple hue. The aroma is intense, concentrated and complex, harmoniously marrying the classic Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapevine aromas of sweet black fruits, black cherry and leather with the vanilla, chocolate, coconut and caramel aromas coming from the oak barrel. The palate is elegant and juicy with nice intensity and great assemblage. The aromatic texture harmoniously matches the impressions on the nose, finessed complemented by background notes of smoke and spices. The tannic framework appears velvety and supple, the underlying acid persistence provides a pleasant and, despite the opulence, quite animating drinking flow. The finish is complex, again juicy and very persistent.
