Isperih Dyuleva Quince Rakia Special Reserve | 0,5 l

Exquisite fruit brandy made from carefully selected ripe quince of old Bulgarian varieties. This Reserve Rakia is the second product of a new series of Premium Reserve fruit brandies, which will show the very best products from the aging cellar. This Special Reserve is made by blending the best barrels with quince distillate aged between 3 and 5 years. Maturation of this Special Reserve Rakija is allowed for 3-5 years and this is done in 225 liter French oak barrels.

This premium rakija is produced in a limited and manually numbered
Series of 1500 bottles produced.

Varietal composition:
Asenitsa and Pazardzhik apple quince.

Tasting notes:

Aroma: typical of the fruit, oaky, vanilla, coconut and marzipan.
Taste: soft and elegant finish, long and complex, full-bodied
