Isperih Kaisieva Aprikosen Rakia Special Reserve | 0,5 l

This rakija is the beginning of a new series of premium rakija that Isperih Rakia master distillers have developed since they expanded your cellar for aging distillates and brandies. This Special Reserve is made by blending the best barrels with apricot distillate aged between 3 and 5 years. Maturation of this Special Reserve Rakija is allowed for 3-5 years and this is done in 225 liter French oak barrels.

This premium rakija is produced in a limited and manually numbered
Series of 1500 bottles produced.

Varietal composition:
Hungarian, Merkulesti, Silistra.

Tasting Notes:
The aroma of apricot, which has become ripe, slightly vanilla and sweet, is very well preserved. The flavor transformation shows dried apricots, tobacco, caramel and a pleasant oakiness. The increased alcohol content of 43% warms pleasantly and shows character in the premium rakija.
