Isperih Slivova Pflaumen Rakia Premium Reserve | 0,5 l

This quality brandy is the third reserve in a series of premium brandies that the Isperih Rakia master distillers have developed since they expanded their cellar for aging distillates and brandies. This Premium Reserve is made by blending the best barrels with plum distillate aged between 3 and 5 years. The aging takes place in 225 liter French oak barrels.

Stanley (Prunus domestica)

Tasting Notes:
The fruity aroma of plums is very well preserved, complemented by notes of coconut and vanilla. The flavor transformation reveals a pleasant fruity taste, hints of coconut and a pleasing oakiness. The increased alcohol content of 43% warms up very well and shows the character of brandy.
