Product description

Garnet red in the glass, this K Cellars Merlot has a bouquet of cherries underscored by a striking note of bell pepper. It offers flavors of cranberry and pomegranate that meld into a savory but lingering finish.

Strong, robust structure and tannins, blackberry, blueberry, cassis, licorice, black sour cherry, pepper, vanilla, coffee, tobacco, graphite.

Harvest: Carefully selected hand harvest.

From the winemaker: The color is excellent - bright, sparkling ruby. Very elegant, discreet nose with sweet scents of baked cherries and vanilla, cranberry and subtle earth tones. Light to medium body with juicy fruitiness and a crisp, medium-length finish. A very suitable wine for a range of meat dishes or warm vegetarian entrees.
