The Perlova Rakia from Vinprom Karnobat is a good piece of distilling art that tickles the palate and beguiles the senses. Available in a 0.7l bottle, this rakia is a representative of the Pearl of Csaba grape variety, and that means it is wonderfully complex in flavor experience. The yellow color is strong as is the taste.

One senses jasmine, a dose of florality and a hint of vanilla. This taste is the result of three years of aging. It is definitely worthwhile to respect this. And because this rakia tastes so unusual, it immediately won some awards. In 2017, this was the silver medal at the Challenge International du Vin and the bronze medal at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in London.
