On the palate, the high-proof Bulgarian specialty reveals a wonderfully balanced, fruit-driven taste, infused with characteristic nutmeg notes. Fine oak nuances provide the perfect finishing touch.

The unique character of Karnobat's Muscat Rakia is created thanks to precise, traditional production methods. The seductive Muscat aroma is exclusively preserved using natural techniques and ecological processes. The varietal characteristics of Muscat Ottonel give the brandy distinctive aromatic and flavor nuances. In the process, the select grapes come only from estate-owned vineyards near Karnobat, enriching the spirit with terroir-specific characteristics. In order to preserve the delicate muscat aroma in the best possible way, Vinprom Karnobat's technologists use special distillation vessels with silver filter systems. With the help of modern technology, the valuable nutmeg notes are optimally preserved and the distillate is simultaneously filtered to perfection. Subsequently, the young liquor matures in handmade oak barrels. The 12-month storage in the noble wooden barrel elegantly brings out the varietal aroma of Muskat Ottonel and gives the schnapps mild vanilla tones.
