Product description

This Chardonnay with the best selection of grapes. is produced in limited edition and made according to our highest winemaking standards. The grapes for this Chardonnay come from some of the best sustainably farmed vineyards throughout the valley.

The grapes were harvested by hand. They were then pressed and the cool, golden yellow juice aged naturally for a few days before moving to oak barrels for fermentation. The wine is 100% barrel fermented and lay for five months. The barrels were stirred and refilled weekly.

The wine has a perfect balance of ripe fruit flavors kissed by French oak and acidity that rounds out the mouthfeel. Fleshy fruit aromas of peach skin are immediately apparent, followed by sweet oak, fresh and vanilla tones. Everything comes together in perfect balance with a long lasting finish.
