This dry red wine has a unique style and variety of grapes - 100% Merlot. It is produced from a single selected vineyard in the Melnik region with controlled cultivation, ripeness and quality of grapes. Logodaj Hypnose Merlot Reserve shows a beautiful deep red color.

The mild spring with moderate precipitation, low temperature inversion and mild temperatures allows the vines to bloom without freezing of the leaf buds. The hot summer favors the best ripening of the grapes. The Merlot grapes are selected twice - once in the vineyard and the second time in the winery. The maceration takes place for 40 days and the wine is then fermented in Inox barrels at 28-32°C. Logodaj Hypnose Merlot Reserve is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 9-12 months in bottle before release.

A full-bodied reserve red wine with a fine bouquet that presents with fullest harmony a wide variety of aromas - dried plums, figs, raisins, chocolate, cocoa and vanilla. Logodaj Hypnose Merlot Reserve has a long aftertaste, harmonious bouquet and a velvety smooth finish with hints of tobacco and eucalyptus.
