This dry red wine has a unique style and variety of grapes - 100% Merlot. It is produced from a single selected vineyard in the Melnik region with controlled cultivation, ripeness and quality of grapes. Logodaj Hypnose Merlot shows a beautiful deep red color.

The mild spring with moderate precipitation, low temperature inversion and mild temperatures allows the vines to bloom without freezing of the leaf buds. The hot summer favors the best ripening of the grapes. The Merlot grapes are selected twice - once in the vineyard and the second time in the winery. Maceration takes place for 18-25 days and the wine is then fermented in Inox barrels at 25-30°C. Logodaj Hypnose Merlot is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle before release.

A beautiful full-bodied red wine with a fine bouquet that presents with fullest harmony a wide variety of aromas - dried plums, figs, raisins, chocolate, cocoa and vanilla. These flavors can be enjoyed with a long aftertaste and velvety, mild finish excellent with red meat or fine game dishes.
