Product description

Logodaj's Incantesimo Syrah is a dry red wine from the Thracian lowlands in the Struma Valley. It is a single vineyard wine, as it is made from the grapes of a single vineyard, which makes it reflect a particular terroir character.

The Syrah grapes have their optimal ripeness when they are carefully harvested by hand into small boxes and sorted twice. After traditional vinification, a maceration of 30 days takes place. The Incantesimo Syrah is fermented inox at 25 to 30 °C and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (barriques) and 6 months in bottle before being released to the market.

A flavorful Single Vineyard wine with attractive aromas of blackberry, mulberry, chocolate, coffee and spice with a velvety smooth finish and long fruity finish.
