Logodaj Nobile Rubin - Bulgarian Premium Wine

Rubin is a unique Bulgarian grape variety, which was created in 1944 by crossing Nebiolo and Syrah. Its great potential was discovered at the beginning of the 20th century. This premium regional red dry wine, expressing its own unique style, was made from selected and well ripened grapes, picked up by hand in boxes and vinified with a technology specially developed for this grape variety.

Wine style: the aromas dominate also in the taste. The body of the wine is large, full, mild and velvety and its aftertaste is long, fruity and remembering.

Aroma: explosive and attractive, dominated by black berries, dry figs, blue plums, raisins and overripe mulberries, with nuances of chocolate and spices.

Pairing: red meat and strong cheese.
