The unique properties of sheep's milk are known since ancient times. The chemical composition of sheep significantly exceeds that of the cow. Sheep's milk is not only almost twice as fatty, but also contains more calcium, phosphorus, cobalt, B vitamins, vitamin A, vitamin D and essential amino acids. It is therefore better absorbed by the body.

Due to the glass packaging with screw cap, the authentic taste and aroma of Bulgarian yogurt is preserved longer and ideally at a temperature of 2 to 6 °C.

Due to the low capacity of the dairy, the quantities produced are limited. As a rule, Mandra Fermer products can be bought only on the spot at the dairy, along the streets of Shipka (Шипка) Bergs, Heinboise and in the best Bulgarian stores. The milk used by Mandra Fermer is purchased exclusively in Bulgaria, as it is their policy to support Bulgarian producers and traders.
