This Dobrudjanski Gyubek Kashkaval is a fresh yellow cheese. It does not go through the evaporation process of water and therefore is much softer than a normal cow's milk Kashkawal. The salt content is significantly lower than that of solid Kashkaval. Dobrudjanski Gyubek Kashkaval is characterized by fresh, well pronounced milky taste and aroma. Suitable for direct consumption or for heat treatment in the oven or cooking.
