TASTE: thick and round, with a juicy feel, soft freshness and gentle tannins, and a lingering finish with flavors of chocolate and ripe wild berries

MATURATION: The wine has been aged for 10 months in brand new French oak barrels and can be aged up to 5 years.

SUITABLE SERVINGS: Flavored meat terrines, braised red meat dishes with wine sauces and wild mushrooms, grilled meats and game dishes with vegetables, flavored soft cheeses.
