Complex and intense, dominated by fruity notes of peaches and nectarines, combined with beautiful oak accents, mostly smoky and spicy spices, which are complemented in the flavor aroma with vanilla, cream and crust of bread.

COLOR: Soft, light golden, with beautiful shimmers and light greenish tones.

AROMA: Deep and complex, with shades of citrus, pineapple and banana, gently combined with a subtle floral accent, minerals and vanilla

PAIRINGS: A good accompaniment to vegetable appetizers, seafood specialties with cream sauces, smoked salmon, mussels with wine sauce, fish dishes with flavored sauces, moderately spicy white meat dishes.
