Product description

Cherry brandy of the special variety.

Cherry Rakia is a traditional fruit brandy made from pitted cherries of the Bing, Van, Cordi and Lambert varieties. By pitting the cherries, they lose their bitterness, so the cherries can develop their full sweetness and fruity aroma in the fruit brandy. And it is truly overwhelming: after three years of aging in small oak barrels, the fruity flavor of the cherries behaves with gentle vanilla tones and a slightly smoky aroma, which, however, only comes to the fore in the finish.

Cherry Rakia comes from the regions of Plovdiv and Isperih. With its 40% alcohol by volume, the fruit brandy is excellent to enjoy slowly and in small quantities. Awarded in 2016 with a bronze medal and a silver medal.
