Region:

The Thracian Plain is part of the large southern Bulgarian wine region. It is well protected from the cold winds north of the Balkan Mountains and further protected south of the central parts of the Rhodope Mountains.

Climate and Soils:

Moderate continental climate with more than 3,000 hours of sunshine per year and over 110 clear days. Hot dry summer with warm nights. Mild and warm winter. No spring frosts and freezes. Sandy-loamy soils - stony loamy soils and clay and limestone soils.

 Carefully hand-picked and selected.

Vinification:

Controlled alcoholic fermentation in universal fermenters 60m³. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in reinforced concrete tanks.
