A beautiful, bright ruby Cabernet Sauvignon with soft garnet accents in a Bulgarian style. Complex nose with subtle nuances of ripe berries - blackberry, raspberry and blueberry, coupled with refreshing resinous accents.

Region:
The Thracian Plain is part of the large southern Bulgarian wine region. It is well protected from cold winds north of the Balkan Mountains and further from the south central part of the Rhodope Mountains.

Climate and soil:
Temperate with over 3,000 hours of sunshine during the year and over 110 clear days. Hot, dry summers with warm nights. Soft and warm winters without spring frosts. Sandy-loamy and calcareous soils.

Harvest:
Careful selective hand harvest in crates followed by sorting of the grapes in the winery.

Vinification:
Cold maceration at 10ºC for 8 days. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in an inox container at a controlled temperature of 27ºC. Infusion after fermentation. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.

Tasting notes:
Beautiful, bright, reddish color with soft yarn highlights. On the palate, the Telish Cabernet Sauvignon is medium-bodied, juicy and voluminous with a very pleasant, airy and slightly spicy finish. Until the finish, fruit and the aromas from the wood harmonize perfectly with each other. A great wine for grilling or more intense dishes with minced meat and spices.
