Trojanska Slivova Special Reserve 25 years is a particularly high-quality plum brandy from the house of Trojan and at the same time the most famous plum brandy in Bulgaria. It is characterized by its multifaceted, complex bouquet, which develops in the course of 25 years of storage. For the production only plums are used, which ripen in the Balkan mountains around the city of Trojan in the sunny climate typical for the region. This exquisite specialty is aged for a long time in oak barrels in the Trojan Winery. The 0.7-liter bottle is delivered in a noble gift box.

The Trojan AD winery is one of the national market leaders in its sector in Bulgaria and has focused primarily on the production of high-quality natural spirits and brandies from various types of fruit. Traditionally, more than 90 percent of production is plum brandy, but apples, apricots, pears and cherries are also processed into various spirits. Every year, Trojan purchases more than 4,000 tons of fruit for its own production. The production of plum brandy is carried out according to the classical aging technology and yields an annual production of over 600 tons.

Troyanska Slivova is appreciated for its excellent taste and is registered in the relevant European register as a protected trademark with geographical indications. So far, Troyanska Slivova has been awarded 13 gold medals and eight silver medals at prestigious international and national tastings.
