Bergulé - the premium class wine series from the family winery Villa Melnik. Bergulé wines are Balanced combined with a remarkable body. This Bergule Cuvee is aged for 12 months in Bulgarian oak barrels.
The Bergule wine series is characterized by its fresh and pleasant aromas, such as red and black fruits, honey and vanilla. They have a long finish and an aftertaste that brings back memories.

Grape variety:
Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Syrah (35%), Merlot (15%).

Tasting Notes:
Eccentric, it leads us to the prominent notes of leather and wood, accompanied by caramel. On the palate, however, it is soft, velvety, full-bodied and powerful, reminiscent of chocolate with pepper in the middle of a plum seed that stands out with leather and wood. With an intense and spicy finish reminiscent of balsamic and liqueur, its 14.5% alcohol is very well intertwined with the flavors. We say: good, powerful and different!

Spicy food, lamb, veal, game (venison, venison).
