Product description

The hailstorm hit on July 1, 2016. It devastated 75% of the yield. The surviving grapes absorbed all the power of the vine. The result is a wine of incredible concentration and power, which was allowed to age for 12 months in Bulgarian oak barrels! A very noble wine with long aging potential for collectors and connoisseurs! This noble spirit is best enjoyed between the years 2020-2026.

Melnik 55, Mavrud, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah.

Tasting Notes:
Dark ruby color. Incredibly rich aromas of tart cherries, blackberries, earth and leather. Complex flavors of fruit, eucalyptus and bark. A full body with a powerful grip. A finish that lasts forever. A provocative and unforgettable wine. A wine with great aging potential, for collectors and connoisseurs.

Food Pairing:
Ptarmigan, turkey, steaks, beef.
