Viticulture: traditional bush vine, grown 80 cm above the sand; benefits from the heat coming from the sand

Winemaking: The wine is made from carefully selected grapes. 50% of the wine is fermented exclusively in stainless steel tanks. 50% is aged for 24 months in Bulgarian 225-liter oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Excellent concentration and complexity of color, aromas and flavors. Expressive earthy aromas combined with tobacco, dried herbs, ripe red fruits, cherries and sour cherries, plums. The body is juicy and balanced with ripe tannin and a wonderful acidity. Long, noble finish.

Pairings: ribs with barbecue sauce, meat in sweet and sour sauce, pork with fruit chutneys, beef with cranberry sauce, caramelized glaze, game meat.

Serving tips: 17-19о С, decant 1 hour before drinking.
