The hailstorm hit on July 1, 2016. It devastated 75% of the yield. Yagorida are the small grapes at the top of the vine that survived as a phoenix after the dramatic hailstorm of 2016, and ripened with all their strength. The result is a wine of unique concentration and structure, which was allowed to age for 12 months in Bulgarian oak barrels! A symbol of the inextinguishable will to live and grow of these vines. A very noble wine with long aging potential for collectors and connoisseurs! This noble drop is best enjoyed between the years 2022-2028.

Melnik 55, Mavrud, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah.

Tasting Notes:
Dark ruby color. Incredibly rich aromas of tart cherries, blackberries, earth and leather. Complex flavors of fruit, eucalyptus and bark. A full body with a powerful grip. A finish that lasts forever. A provocative and unforgettable wine. A wine with great aging potential, for collectors and connoisseurs.

Ptarmigan, turkey, steaks, beef.
