We are crazy about this wine! Fresh and fruity, this Cuvee is suitable for young and young at heart wine lovers! A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Melnik 55 and Merlot from last year's vintage, fermented in stainless steel tanks without contact with oak. It convinced us and we are crazy about this Melnik, welcome to the club!

A Young & Crazy red wine made from hand selected grapes from the vines Cabernet Sauvignon, Melnik 55 and Merlot. For ages the region around the town of Melnik has produced some of the best wines in Bulgaria. Villa Melnik Winery is a modern boutique family winery that is committed to autochthonous grapes in the region.

Grape varieties:
Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Melnik 55 (30%), Merlot (20%).

Tasting Notes:
Dark ruby color. Intense cherry on the nose. Red cherries, sour cherries, plums and red currants on the palate. Full to medium body. High acidity. Medium tannins. You can feel the fermentation in the mouth - really crazy. Medium-long spicy aftertaste with hints of strawberries.

Harvest and aging:
Melnik from hand-selected grapes. Light and fruity style. Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks. No contact with oak.

Food Pairing:
Pizza, pasta, burgers, street food, spicy food.
