Vinex Preslav produces the famous brandy "Slanchew Brjag" - a high quality brandy with rich taste and pleasant aroma. The high quality of this brandy is the result of many years of experience and the excellent properties of the raw material. For this brandy, Vinex Preslav uses only high quality, fully ripe grapes and carefully selected distillates, which are then aged in wooden barrels for about three years. In this way, a refined drop with a bright color, balanced taste and delicate accords of vanilla in the bouquet as well as in the finish is created.

"Slanchew Bryag" brandy takes its name from one of the most famous resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The sun-drenched grapes for the popular brandy come from vineyards in this region. Vinex Preslav combines several high-quality distillates and matures them in small oak barrels. The aging process takes an average of three years. The long aging time gives the brandy "Slantschew Brjag" a soft, full body and a beguiling bouquet rich in delicate vanilla tones. Aging in oak also gives the brandy a saturated, bright caramel color with gold reflections at the rim. The nose is flattered by the delicious drop with intense chords of spicy wood and sweet vanilla. On the tongue, the brandy "Slantschew Brjag" unfolds a complex, wonderfully balanced body. The brandy feels warm and particularly soft on the palate. In summer, you can add two ice cubes so that the brandy unfolds its full potential. Aromatic hints of vanilla and oak accompany the extended finish, making for an excellent drinking experience.

The Slantschew Brjag Brandy is served as a complement to sweet delicacies and refined desserts. Due to the vanilla accents, the drop harmonizes ideally with chocolate soufflé, vanilla parfait or caramel cheesecake. You can also enjoy this brandy as an aperitif. Due to the excellent harmony in the taste of the spirit, you can also serve the brandy solo or drink it with a cup of tea in winter.
