The vineyard for Cabernet Sauvignon - Zagreus Premium Reserve 2006 in Plovdiv Plain, is located in one of the most fertile areas of the country. The soils captivate with colors ranging from a dark red like cinnamon to a bright, light red. Due to the prevailing transcontinental climate, which is characterized by warm winters and hot summers, and the excellent location, the grapes receive a lot of sun. In the period when the grapes are ripening, the sun shines nearly 10 hours a day. The annual precipitation, the average temperatures and the high number of frost-free days, provide optimal conditions for the growth of grapes of the highest quality, as they are for a quality wine.
