A dry Bulgarian Cuvee red wine created from a perfect combination of 50% Mavrud and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. The viticulture is organic, the grapes are harvested and processed by hand in the first days of October. No added sulfites are used during the winemaking processes and the "open fermentation" method in Bulgarian oak is used. Aging takes place in Bulgarian oak barrels with batonnage 4-5 times a day.

From harvest to bottling, Zagreus Hand Made Mavrud & Cabernet Sauvignon is Unfiltered and thus may potentially contain natural sediment.

Grape Varietal:
50% Mavrud, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes:
In the glass you will experience a bright red color, complex and pleasant nose with nuances of black fruits, ripe tannins in the mouth and good structure. An excellent drop with a delightful finish.
