Zagreus Hand Made Pamid is a special red wine from the Thracian Valley, made from 100% Pamid grapes. The grapes are hand picked in the first days of September to ensure the best quality. Vinification is done by maceration for 4 days at 8-10°C to achieve maximum color extraction, followed by spontaneous fermentation with daily batonnage. Zagreus Hand Made Pamid is unfiltered and therefore may be prone to sediment formation.

Tasting Notes:
Zagreus' Hand Made Pamid looks like a rose, pink and pale pink, making it easy to forget that Pamid is a red grape variety. Its skin is lighter, giving the wine its rosy appearance. Aromatic, fruity and with fresh floral notes, the wine has just enough acidity to make it pleasant. The palate is sweet and straightforward, with flavors of strawberries and raspberries combined with hints of citrus zest. It is well balanced and easy to drink.

Upon tasting, Zagreus Hand Made Pamid presents a bright raspberry color with a delicate nose and notes of ripe cherries and raspberries. The palate is elegant with crisp acidity leading to a fruity finish.
