Product description

Zagreus HandMade Rikat "White Swallow" is an excellent dry white wine from the Thracian Valley. It is made from 100% Rkatziteli grape variety, which is harvested by hand in the first days of September. The grape juice is brought into contact with the skins several times and then gently pressed. Controlled fermentation takes place at 15-16°C.

Tasting Notes:
This Handmade autochthonous Rkaziteli white wine presents a beautiful yellow color with golden reflections and exudes a delicate nose with floral nuances. The taste is characterized by a crisp acidity and a harmonious note.

We recommend Zagreus HandMade Rikat with fish, roasted vegetables, beans and seafood.
