Product description

"NOBLE" is a naturally sweet Mavrud wine. Similar to "Vinica", the Mavrud is dried before vinification, but in this case for four months after the grapes are almost completely dry.

Grape variety: 100% Mavrud

Tasting Notes:
Exceptionally intense ink color. Juicy and attractive aromas with a revealed spicy character: black currant, black cherry, peppermint, walnut leaves, tea, earthy shades. Strong suede tannins in the body, remarkable contrast between dryness and sweetness of flavor and excellent noble finish.

Region:
The Thracian Plain is part of the large southern Bulgarian wine region. It is well protected from cold winds north of the Balkan Mountains and further from the south central part of the Rhodopes.

Climate and soil:
Temperate with over 3,000 hours of sunshine during the year and over 110 clear days. Hot, dry summers with warm nights. Soft and warm winters without spring frosts. Sandy-loamy and calcareous soils.
