Product description

Zagreus St. Dimitar White Mavrud & Dimiat is a dry white wine made from 50% Mavrud and 50% Dimiat grapes. It is produced according to the white winemaking method, in which, the red Mavrud is pressed like a white wine and the grape juice ferments without the red skins. To enjoy the full aroma, it is recommended to serve the Cuvee at a temperature of 10-12 °C.

Grape variety:
50% Mavrud & 50% Dimiat

Tasting Notes:
At tasting, Zagreus St. Dimitar White Mavrud & Dimiat has an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. The aroma is persistent and fruity, with light nuances of lime and acacia. The taste is fresh and balanced, with a good density and a long, rounded finish. An ideal light Bulgarian summer wine.

Food pairing:
Light meatless dishes, fish or white meat.
