Tasting Notes:
A Mavrud that has been pressed and vinified like a white wine, which means that the red color of the berry skin is not reflected in the wine. A sparkling white wine with straw yellow tones, the aroma is dominated by pear and pineapple. Dry and fresh with distinct flavors of green apple and melon.

Region:
The Thracian Plain is part of the large southern Bulgarian wine region. It is well protected from cold winds north of the Balkan Mountains and further from the south central part of the Rhodopes.

Climate and soil:
Temperate with over 3,000 hours of sunshine during the year and over 110 clear days. Hot, dry summers with warm nights. Soft and warm winters without spring frosts. Sandy-loamy and calcareous soils.
